You are a person of great worth and you have value.
I read a quote on the internet recently; "nowadays people know price of everything and value of nothing". Apart from the quote not having great grammar, it drew me and got me thinking. What do you think, do you think it holds any truth?
Whether true or not, I think it's intriguing in its implication of our materialistic world. Though material goods are good, and some necessary for survival, the most valuable thing in the world - by far - are people.
Every person... no matter age, race, background, skills, gender, experience, sexual orientation... every single person is valuable, and that includes you!
You are valuable.
